June 18 - Bread-made from scratch. Elaine Reynolds demonstrates the bread making process - eat and enjoy!
June 25 - Wonderful Mint. Baker Fran Branson will show us growing, harvesting, drying, using.
July 2 - Kovac Planetarium. Frank Kovac discusses the largest home built planetarium in the world located in nearby Monico.
July 9 - See it, Feel it, Hear it, Write it. Barb Schmeling takes us on a journey into words, journaling/poetry.
July 16 - Weaving. Pat Anderson shares tips on weaving rags and wool.
July 23 - Treadle Sewing. Expert Carleen Gillard compares treadle sewing without electricity to electric sewing machines.
July 30 - The Wonder of Herbs. Joan Kane discusses cooking and medicinal herbs
August 6 - Bee Keeping and Honey Production. Heather and Bill Roff discuss the keys to both.
August 13 - Spinning. Peggy Leet shares everything you need to know about fiber and spinning.
August 20 - Cheese! Margie Vogel shows how different cheeses are made.
August 27 - Tomatoes. Pam Augustyn covers the topic of how to can or dehydrate tomatoes.
Tea Party. Every Tuesday and Thursday, 3 - 4 p.m. Children of all ages dress up and have a tea party. Costumes provided. Suggested donation: $3.00 per person.
Guided Walk Through the Woods. Daily at 1:30 p.m.
Extra Workshop - Mushrooms. Expert Walter Auer leads mushroom hunts when conditions allow.
